Take some “me” time. Join Zoom Yoga classes designed to benefit Body, Mind and Spirit! All taught by YAA Certified Teachers. Start anytime. Beginners welcome.
All classes will be live-streamed on Zoom from 8-9pm Mountain time and are open to all YAA Members – Associate, Full or Lifetime. Anyone can be a YAA member for as little as $10/yr and the first year is free for Alberta residents! Recordings will be available in between classes for Full and Lifetime members ONLY.

Terri Jones is a 500 hr RYT, meditation and movement teacher. She has a BSc Occupational Therapy and spent 20+ years working in a variety of rehabilitative medicine settings. Terri has experience in managing her own chronic pain and specializes in building accessible classes and sequences that are suitable for all ages, especially seniors. She has additional training in children’s yoga, kundalini, alignment, Mindful Strength, Lifestyle Meditation, Yoga Detour, chair yoga, yin, restorative and is a Pain Care Aware facilitator.
Move Well
This movement class combines the ancient practice of yoga with the insights of modern science. The goal is to provide a mindful movement experience that supports increased mobility, strength and flexibility. If you have chronic pain, you will learn guiding principles to assist you in managing and working with your pain – using breath, movement and mindfulness to help you find safety in your nervous system. For some, this is the bridge between rehab and real life. We will explore breath and body awareness, breath and body regulation techniques, and gentle, mindful movement in a safe, kind, compassionate way. We integrate ways to enhance interoception, proprioception and balance to strengthen the signals of safety in your body.
