Gentle/Chair Yoga is great for seniors, those with mobility issues, MS, Parkinson’s, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Pain, Chronic Fatigue, recovering from sickness or illness and those wanting a slower, more sustainable and mindful approach to yoga.
This class will have options for both chair yoga and mat yoga. All levels and abilities welcome. This class in all-inclusive, wheelchair accessible and a safe space for all.
Focus will be on:
- Creating Flexibility
- Enhancing Mobility
- Finding Balance
- Building Strength
Please Bring:
- Yoga Mat (even if doing chair yoga to prevent slipping)
- Blanket
- 3″ Yoga Block
- Yoga Strap (or similar item such as long housecoat belt or karate belt with no stretch)
- Other yoga props you may have and would like to use
