Charitable Outreach Programs

The Yoga Association of Alberta has an active Yoga Outreach Program that provides free or subsidized yoga programming in underserved and marginalized communities, educates the public on yoga and the overarching benefits of regular practice, and supports and encourages the inclusion of yoga and mindfulness practice in schools.
