Mindful Movement

Mindful Movement is a peaceful 30-minute session designed to gently guide you into your day. Each class begins with a brief meditation to help you reflect and centre your mind.
You’ll then engage in slow, focused movements that can be done seated on a chair, couch, or the floor—or even lying down if you prefer. These subtle movements are paired with mindful breathing and quiet contemplation, setting the tone for a calm and balanced day ahead.

Each session features a unique theme, and recordings are available for you to revisit anytime.

This class is a two month series happening on Wednesday mornings at 6:45-7:15 am.

The dates are as follows:

June 4, 11, 18, 25
July 2, 9, 16, 23, 30

The 2 month subscription is $49.94.

Please note: Classes are hosted in The MedFit Movement Studio. At registration you will need to create a member profile. Each class will be on Zoom and can be accessed through The Studio.
