Mindful Movement is a peaceful 30-minute session designed to gently guide you into your day. Each class begins with a brief meditation to help you reflect and centre your mind.
You’ll then engage in slow, focused movements that can be done seated on a chair, couch, or the floor—or even lying down if you prefer. These subtle movements are paired with mindful breathing and quiet contemplation, setting the tone for a calm and balanced day ahead.
Each session features a unique theme, and recordings are available for you to revisit anytime.
This class is a two month series happening on Wednesday mornings at 6:45-7:15 am.

July 2, 9, 16, 23, 30
