Drop-ins welcome
- Tuesday April 1 and Thursday April 3
- Tuesday April 8 and Thursday April 10
- Tuesday April 15 and Thursday April 17
Classes open with joint freeing and general movements; then move into a Hatha Yoga program; and concluding with a rejuvenating relaxation. As a group we are growing and exploring new poses all the time yet making it as accessible as possible to everyone.
