Monday Zoom Yoga is great for those who need to unwind before bed. For those who want a gentle stretch, gentle movement, some breathing practices and a sense of peace and relaxation.
This class is designed to allow your mind and body to relax. You decide on how big or how small you would like to make the movements. You decide when you need to rest or if you can do a bit more.
With Michelle’s gentle guidance, this is truly your own personal practice done in the comfort of your own home. No experience necessary and all are welcome to join.
We will focus on:
- Creating Flexibility
- Enhancing Mobility
- Finding Balance
- Building Strength
Please have on hand:
- Yoga Mat
- Blanket
- 3″ Yoga Block
- Sturdy Chair
- Any other yoga props you may have and would like to use
