Yoga | Flow and Restore

Balance the Yang with the Yin. You will be guided through an active practice to increase blood flow, strength, stamina and flexibility. Next, soften into a gentle practice holding poses to allow our body and mind to relax and unwind, finishing with a restful meditation practice. Suitable for all levels. Sept 20 – Dec 6 (no class Nov 15).
