Yoga | Rest & Decompress

Be reminded of the thoughtful reflective nature of your yoga practice while you slough off the debris of the week. Let your instructor guide you towards rebalance and restoration while encouraging self care. This class may include more “Yin” postures which is a wonderful complement to other yoga and exercise formats as it provides energetic as well as meditative benefits. This form of Yoga is more passive and it targets deeper connective tissues. These poses are mostly seated or lying down and held for 3 to 10 minutes. Sept 18 – Dec 4 (no class Nov 13).
