Trained in both hatha and yin yoga I teach in person at the Sundance Beach Community Hall on Pigeon Lake. Saturday morning Slow & Strong yoga combines traditional hatha flows with breakdowns of the poses to build strength and flexibility. Classic Yin class on Wednesday evenings – lots of props and options for supporting longer holds. Accessible for all levels. Must be able to get up and down from the ground.
