As we examine the anatomy of the subtle body in practice and in theory, we’re invited to move beyond identifying with our physical vessel, enhancing an awareness of that which lies beneath the surface, directly connecting us to our true nature as Akhanda (whole and indivisible). Here we discover the landscape of the chakras, nadis, pranic energy and consciousness itself. As we attune to and learn to nourish the elements of our subtle body, we naturally enhance well-being within the body, heart and mind.
