Yin yoga is an introspective, deep practice that has the ability to nourish your body, mind and being. While accessing the body’s deeper connective tissues through Traditional Chinese Medicine, you learn to strength the connection of body and mind, opening to new ways of being.
In this training we will explore:

☯️ How to incorporate every body into the practice
☯️ How to sequence a yin practice
☯️ Some yin postures including how to cue, the benefits, precautions and modifications.
☯️ How to use Yin Meditation in your practice and teaching
☯️ The benefits, precautions, and potential outcomes of yin yoga
☯️ How Traditional Chinese Medicine is linked to yin yoga
☯️ How to incorporate every body into the practice

Using a combination of practice, theory and group work, we will explore together the amazing world of yin!
