All bodies are strong bodies, but sometimes yoga can feel physically and socially inaccessible. This class works with postures and sequences that can be modified to fit your body. We use props to support our body’s needs and avoid certain postures that can often cause anxiety or body/gender dysphoria (which could be anything, just let your instructor know!). This class is open to all, however if you feel like you don’t fit into a typical yoga class due to your body size, gender identity, or (dis)ability, then this class is especially for you. Sept 17 – Dec 3 (no class Nov 12).
