Realizing our Deeper Self: Meditation and Mindful Movement Retreat with Kavindu

2pm Wednesday, July 10 – 1pm Sunday, July 14, 2024

In-person at the Providence Renewal Centre in Edmonton (3005-119 Street) or online via Zoom.

Have you ever wondered who you are beyond the labels and roles you’ve taken on throughout your life? The self-concept we create often binds us, leading to emotional distress and limitations that hinder our spiritual growth.

This retreat will take us on a journey of self-discovery, examining how self-concept is formed and learning how to transcend it through non-dual meditation.

Anita Sielecki will lead Mindful Movement practices to facilitate somatic integration.

$785 in-person (meals and accommodation included), $395 online.  Some scholarships may be available.  Contact Anita at (780) 432-7152 or if you have questions or would like further information.

Please ensure your Full Membership is up to date.  Full YAA Membership is required for registration in all classes & workshops over $80.

If attending via Zoom, you will need a space to place your yoga mat and your camera set up on the long side of your mat, back far enough that you can be seen both standing and sitting, with sufficient light in front of you and no light or windows behind you if possible. If these parameters aren’t possible, just do your best.  Have props/water handy as well and try to arrange to not be interrupted.
