Re-instatement of Expired Certification

ONLY if you were previously approved for YAA Certification but your Certification lapsed and you wish to apply for re-instatement. Includes Recertification fee (valid for 3 years). Please complete the Recertification application forms and report all hours since last submission. Application forms can be found in the Recertification section of our website.

Full YAA Membership must remain current for Certification to be valid. We highly recommend purchasing 3 years or a lifetime membership ($30/year or $350 lifetime).
