Impermanence describes the universal fact that everything is in a state of constant change, and nothing lasts forever. Facing this truth may feel disturbing. But ignoring or resisting it limits our evolution, generates suffering and creates great stress.  Ancient teachings and modern neuroscience will help us understand and embrace change as the prerequisite for transformation and growth.

Anita Sielecki will lead Mindful Movement practices to facilitate somatic integration.

$795 in-person (meals and accommodation included), $395 online.  Some scholarships may be available.  Contact Anita at (780) 432-7152 or sielecki@hotmail.com if you have questions or would like further information. If attending via Zoom, you will need a space to place your yoga mat and your camera set up on the long side of your mat, back far enough that you can be seen both standing and sitting, with sufficient light in front of you and no light or windows behind you if possible. If these parameters aren’t possible, just do your best.  Have props/water handy as well and try to arrange to not be interrupted.
