Whether you are a student or teacher, a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this highly experiential class series will support you to come into alignment with the universal co-creative forces in which “my will” and “thy will” merge as one. This course includes informative discussion, personal inquiry and transformational practices that include gentle and joyful yoga, Heart Centred breathing, and Yoga Nidra Meditation.
In this 8-hour course, you will:
- Identify and explore your personal heart’s longing
- Gain clarity with your innate purpose in life
- Bring your life into alignment with what brings you fulfillment and joy
- Learn how to rewire new neural pathways in your brain in order to create a habit of living your Heart’s Desire

About the Teacher: Anne Douglas has taught yoga and meditation internationally for over 30 years and is a certified IAYT therapist. She is the past Director of Trainers for the iRest Institute and creator of the iRest Daily meditation program, which has over three million listeners on the Simple Habit App. Her enthusiasm, compassion, humour and wisdom infuse her teaching.
